Pepperlane Products like so many great things, came from humble beginnings.
What started as a family Christmas-time snack has grown to a family-owned full-time
business. Jalapeño jelly was anything but common in the late 1980's but Michele Trover
always loved bringing new experiences, flavor and flair to her family’s holiday gatherings. Her
family and friends were introduced to this "condiment with a kick" over a block of cream
cheese and crackers. Later it was included as a "secret" ingredient in many of her gourmet
recipes, barbeque marinades, and glazes. It wasn't long before everyone wanted a jar of the
green stuff for their next gathering. Word spread, orders started coming in by the case, and in 1990 Pepperlane Products was established in the mountains of Wanship, Utah.
Today Pepperlane Products serves its original Jalapeño Preserves as well as its many other
flavors to restaurants, chefs, and gourmet cooks around the world. With the addition of
partners Rod and Sandra Weese, Pepperlane is excited about it’s future expansion into
additional markets. Look for us at a farmers market or a specialty store near you. Try them

own recipes.
